Dr. Moritz Pfaffenberger
Prior to my appointment as a notary in Hof on May 1, 2026, I served as a notary trainee beginning in 2022, initially working in Würzburg with Prof. Dr. Peter Limmer. During this time, I also undertook notarial substitutions throughout Bavaria.
From 2024 onwards, I worked at the German Notary Institute (DNotI) as a legal advisor and deputy head of department in the Real Estate Law division as well as in the Commercial and Corporate Law division.
Especially in times of increasing digitalization, I continue to value personal contact and look forward to advising you in person on your wishes and concerns in order to find the best possible legal solution for you. I am supported in this by a dedicated team with many years of experience.
